We have all heard the saying – you are what you eat. And what you eat could contribute to your digestive problems.  It is thus important to follow a healthy, balanced diet incorporating fiber, fruits and vegetables. Be sure that you avoid processed foods and too much sugar.  Poor eating habits, such as eating too quickly or skipping meals, can also be part of the problem.
