BERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE
Try this divine berry fruit smoothie with the Nature’s Nutrition Kids Superfood Drink Mix to help protect your kids immune system.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp yoghurt
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- ½ apple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Collagen
- 1 Tbsp Nature’s Nutrition Kiddies Superfood – Berry Blast
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- A few ice cubes
- A dash of almond milk
- A splash of water
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients, enjoy!
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 serving Nature’s Nutrition Kiddies Superfood – Chocolate
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
METHOD:

BERRY SUPERFOODS WEET-BIX BARS
Say goodbye to boring lunch boxes! These easy-to-make and nutrient-packed Berry Superfood Weet-Bix will keep your little ones fueled and happy all day long. Made with Nature’s Nutrition Kiddies Superfoods Drink Mix and Weet-Bix or any whole grain cereal of your choice and loaded with superfoods for growing bodies.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup dates, pitted, soaked in ½ cup of water
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- 5 Weet-Bix blocks
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 servings Nature’s Nutrition Kiddies Superfoods – Berry Blast
- ¼ cup flaked almonds
- ¼ cup dried berries
- 40 g white chocolate
- 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
METHOD:
In a blender, blitz the dates, their soaking liquid and the walnuts into a paste. Set aside.
In a large bowl, crumble up the Weet-Bix and add the coconut, Kiddies Berry Blast, almonds and dried berries. Add in the wet ingredients and mix till well combined. Press the mixture into a lined loaf dish
In a small bowl melt the white chocolate. Add in the yoghurt and mix together. Spread the white chocolate mixture over mixture in the the loaf dish.
Allow to set, then slice into bars and enjoy!
SUPERFOOD CHOCOLATE & NUT CLUSTERS
You and your kiddies can have some fun in the kitchen with this one! You’ll also be sneaking 50 organic superfoods into their diets disguised as crunchy, yummy chocolate treats.
INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g slab dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 servings Nature’s Nutrition Kiddies Superfoods – Chocolate
- 1 ½ cups puffed rice or crunchy cereal of choice
- 100 g peanuts
- 100 g dried mixed berries
METHOD:
Line a muffin tin with muffin cases.
Break the chocolate into chunks and add the peanut butter. Pop it into the microwave and heat in short bursts of around 30 seconds, stirring in between, until the mixture has melted.
Add in the superfoods and mix until well combined. Then add in the puffed rice, peanuts, and dried berries. Mix till well combined.
Scoop into muffin liners and set in the fridge.
TIP: Freeze these to use in lunchboxes, they’re so delicious they’ll get snapped up quick.
