Coconut Milk & Berry Smoothie

COCONUT MILK & BERRY SMOOTHIE

Preparation: 5-7 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 100ml water
  • 100g berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2T almond flour
  • 2t ground linseeds

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients except the linseeds into a blender and blend until smooth. Replace some or all the water with ice cubes if a chilled smoothie is preferred.
  2. Sprinkle with the linseeds and serve.

Options

  • Mango in lieu of berries
  • Coconut water in lieu of coconut milk
