COCONUT MILK & BERRY SMOOTHIE
Preparation: 5-7 minutes
- 250ml coconut milk
- 100ml water
- 100g berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2T almond flour
- 2t ground linseeds
- Place all the ingredients except the linseeds into a blender and blend until smooth. Replace some or all the water with ice cubes if a chilled smoothie is preferred.
- Sprinkle with the linseeds and serve.
- Mango in lieu of berries
- Coconut water in lieu of coconut milk
