GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Ice
METHOD 
Blend and enjoy first thing in the morning. This smoothie has enough protein to keep you full for the morning and is a great way to boost your immunity and get your metabolism fired up for the day.
 
MORNING DETOX JUICE
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 small lemon 

METHOD
Juice all the ingredients and drink immediately. Preferably use organic or home grown vegetables. Wash all the veggies and cut the skin off the lemon if you don’t have a cold press juicer.
