Hearty Oats

Hearty Oats

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250g rolled oats
  • 1 Tbs goji berries
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 300ml water
  • 1 Tbs LSA mix

Directions

  1. Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the water and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Fold through LSA mix just before serving.

Options

  1. Add warm water and stand for 10 minutes to absorb if serving immediately. May also cover and microwave for 2 minutes on “High”.
  2. Add milk (dairy or plant-based) in lieu of water.
  3. Add yogurt and/or fruit of choice for a more substantial breakfast.
