BENEFITS:

Mango: loaded with vitamin C, fibre, vitamin A, E and high in antioxidants

Orange: vitamin C, fibre, potassium, calcium and folate

Tumeric: antioxidant rich and anti-inflammatory

Banana: energy, potassium and iron

Almond milk: vitamin E and B

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 small chunk of tumeric, peeled

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a strong blender with ice and blend for 45 seconds.

Enjoy your liquid sunshine.
