Recipe –

Keep your pantry full with delicious ready mixes from Mojome banting range.  Gluten free, grain free and guilt free with no added sugar.  Ideal to whip up with unexpected guests visiting or when you need a treat and cant face the queues at the shopping centre.

Try this Mojome Chocolate Cake recipe – you will need

1 x ready mix Mojome chocolate cake super quick mix it kit (available at Thrive)

5 x XL eggs

150g butter melted

100ml Coconut milk (available at Thrive)

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (available at Thrive)

1 x Spring form cake tin

 

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degs
  2. Whisk eggs for +-2mins (using an electric whisk) until light and foamy
  3. Add remaining ingredients above to the eggs and stir to combine
  4. Add the Mojome Super Quick mix to the bowl and stir together
  5. Pour into a greased lined tin
  6. Bake for +-35 mins until a skewer inserted comes out clean
  7. Cool in the tin for 10 mins before turning out onto a wire rack
  8. Allow to cool completely before dusting or icing (we love to dust and add strawberries on top for decoration!)
  9. ENJOY!!!
