Here are 2 delish smoothie recipes to make at home using that awesome ingredient, honey.

BANANA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE:

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas (preferably frozen)
  • 3/4 cup of greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Drizzle of honey on top for extra sweetness!

Method:

Put all our ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend. Add more almond milk if too thick.

This is filling and perfect for breakfast as its quick with only 4 ingredients.

BLUEBERRY SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen or washed fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of washed spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Method:

Add to the blender or food processor and blend. To turn your smoothie into a superfood smoothie add flax seeds and goji berries.
