Spring clean your health with the following Juice & Smoothie Recipe ideas:

September Detox Smoothie

•  2 cups fresh, raw spinach
• 1/2 avocado, peeled & pitted
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 cup of plant based milk
• 1 tsp plant based protein powder
• 1 tbsp raw honey

Blend, pour and top with chia seeds and coconut flakes

Creamy Avocado & Cacao Smoothie

• 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp of honey
• 1 tbsp of cacao powder

Blend, pour and enjoy

Miraculous Mint Mojito 

• 1 orange
• 1 cup of fresh, raw spinach
• 1/2 cucumber
• chunk of raw ginger
• handful of fresh mint, washed
• ice

Juice and enjoy! 

Fancy Some Fennel

• 1 pear
• 1 apple
• 1 stalk of celery
• 1/2 bulb of fennel
• 1/4 cucumber
• small handful of parsley

Juice and enjoy over ice!
