RED SMOOTHIE
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
2Tbs LSA mix (linseed, sunflower and almonds ground to a powder form)
1 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2. Add 2 blocks of ice before blending if cooler smoothie is desired
