With the days getting shorter and the weather getting slightly cooler, our skin begins to feel the effects of the changing seasons. Here are some tips to help you up your skin care game and prepare and protect your skin for the autumn season.

Cleansing in the morning and the evening is equally important. This is so that the skin can work 100% correctly in its task of protection. Cleansing in the morning with Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Cream serves to activate and awaken the skin, whereas cleansing in the evening with Dr. Hauschka Soothing Cleansing Milk, or our new Cleansing Balm, effectively removes pollution, sweat and impurities that have settled on the surface of the skin. 

After cleansing in the morning and evening, mist Dr. Hauschka Facial Toner evenly onto the face, neck and décolleté then gently press into the skin. This is a highly beneficial product to use. The healing ingredients of Anthyllis and Witch Hazel in the liquid emulsion are absorbed quickly.

Do you need to alter your day care with the Seasons? 
Yes, that may well be the case.  Many people use the cooling Dr. Hauschka Quince Day Cream or Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream Light in the warmer months and change to a more protective and warming Dr.Hauschka Rose Day Cream in the cooler months.  Check in with your skin, see how it’s feeling and change to a more protective day care if need be. 

If you are living in  KZN, you would need to choose your day cream according to your skin condition. We know the humidity is high so a lighter texture day cream may be suitable however, air conditioning can certainly dry out one’s skin, if this is where you spend most of your day.

USAGE:

Step 1:
Apply the Renewing Night Conditioner nightly, after evening cleansing.

Step 2:
After cleansing, evenly apply the contents of two ampoules to the face (including lips and eye area), neck, earlobes and décolleté.  Note: In the fourth week, we recommend one ampoule.

Step 3:
Press gently and evenly to skin until the solution has been fully absorbed.

Step 4:

Step 5:
