PREP TIME: 5 mins & overnight ⁠
SERVINGS: 2 kids servings⁠

INGREDIENTS:
• 2/3 cups rolled oats⁠
• 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
• 4 teaspoons Nature’s Nutrition Berry Blast
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
• 1 tbsp seeds of choice (chia, sesame, sunflower seeds)⁠

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS/LAYERS
• Strawberries
• Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
• Desiccated coconut⁠

METHOD:
1. Place the oats, seeds, Nature’s Nutrition, vanilla & milk ingredients in a container and stir until well⁠ combined. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight (or at least a couple of hours).⁠

2. When you are ready to eat them, simply remove from the fridge, add a bit more milk if required, decorate with your choice of toppings and enjoy!⁠
